welcome back klesco families this is principal Wingo here just trying to give you a fun way to make sure you're following the safety guidelines in our parking lot during drop off and pickup please enjoy this special presentation by some of our staff members Mr Crosby is being a good example at waiting at the red line at the top of the crosswalk please refrain from Crossing at any other place where the cars are everyone should be using that crosswalk there and Miss Minnick waves you over to make sure that we stay safe now you will notice Mr Hensler is demonstrating what you would do as a walk-up parent you would walk up wait behind the weight here line and form a line going down the sidewalk toward Bell once the staff member enters in your unique 3 digit ID number for your child they wait inside and a staff member as Mr ronak is showing you releases of students the students that are walk-ups are able to walk directly out to their parent parents as Miss Hercules is demonstrating here she is in the blue line and she is going to wait until 1 of the vested staff members invite her down to the cars where we will load them safely the purple line which would be that second second line we want to make sure that we wait and we have a staff member who walks them out to their car to make sure that they get the crosswalk please make sure that you leave room for the purple students to go across with the staff member and load in their cars hello can I help you I'm here to pick up my child but at this time school is in this letter so you got to wait on the side give the lady outside their your number and they're going to contact the all right now you notice momma J at the door we will have a staff member that is there to ensure that our dismissal process works as seamlessly as possible we ask that all parents from 3:00 to 3:15 allow us to dismiss the kids safely if you have a question or any concern or need to talk to the office staff that you just wait until dismissal is over so that we can do that so when you are turned away at the door it's not that we don't want to talk to you or help you it's just that we're focusing on dismissal for that time thank you for everyone 1 efforts family and friends to ensure that our drop off and pickup is a seamless as possible and keeps kids safe the drop off in the morning starts at 7:45 a.m. to 8 a.m. if you do arrive after that you will need to sign your child in at the front desk you will need to get out of your car and do that again 7:45 to 8:00 a.m. we will only have 1 Lane where you will have staff members opening the doors for your children to get out or you can cross them at the crosswalk thank you we're looking forward to great 24 25 school year we appreciate all of the families and friends at
