You can do this after we 'meet'...
Today we are going to start with the basics of stretching.
Stretching is a good way to keep your muscles healthy and limber.

1. Sit on your bum, and put your feet together. And make a butterfly with your legs.Then flap your wings.
2. Straighten your legs and reach for your toes. Count to 10.
3. Spread your legs and make a V and reach for your right foot. Count to 10. Reach for left foot and count to 10. Now use both hands and stretch and reach as far forward as you can for 10 seconds.
4. Stand up, feet together, bend over and reach for your toes. Count to 10.
5. Still standing, spread your legs to shoulder width. Reach for your right foot. 10 seconds. Repeat with left foot. Then in the middle.
6. Now put feet together and reach for the sky as high as you can. Count to 5.
7. Now we are going to roll out head to the right all the way around. Then turn to the left all the way around.
8. Bend you head down for 5 seconds and then bend head back for 5 seconds.
9. Now our arms! Right arm, make a big circle 3 times forward and 3 times backwards. Repeat with left arm.
10. And now shake it all out!
